Couscous
Couscous is the traditional name for the food made from the hard part of the durum wheat. This term is used widely for grains made from semolina wheat, barley or millet nowadays too. Couscous is the primary staple for the Middle-Eastern population and they are usually served with meat, fish, vegetables and spices.
