All natural organic flour is certified organic, containing no bleaching agents, no pesticides, no artificial fertilizers.
EcoGreen Organic Shop offers a few brands of organic flour and varieties such as unbleached organic flour, wholemeal flour, bread flour and others.

Hi just moved here and we are wheat sensitive. I like to bake with spelt flour any chance you carry it or other spelt noodle products. It is nice to have a break from rice dishes and rice noodles. Thanks, Ann and daughter MeiLi

Here at our retail shop we actually do carry spelt flour. Please drop by some time to have a look at it. We also carry quinoa, a type of grain that is high in protein. Perhaps that would also interest you.

every food that we eat should come from Organic Farming. i really get scared about those toxins coming from chemical fertilizers and chemical pesticides. I only eat foods which are certified that they are organically grown
